How do I track my order?


Once your order is processed you will receive a email confirmation within the first 24 hours. You can also track your order by logging into your account and viewing your orders.




What happens if I havent received my order yet?


With unexpected events that happen daily and weather restaints. The order may be delays. In the event that there is a delay we will notifiy you via email. You can also montior the tracking details, if you have already checked the status and there is no update or details, please contact us so that we can locate the package and complete a trace. If there was an error on our part we will replace the item and have it reshipped. Our goal is to always provide you with a soluation.




What is your return policy?


The best way we can not only show you that we are a company that you can trust, we also believe in treating everyone the way you want to be treated. We believe in loyalty and taking care of our customers. At OneLove, we will give you 50 days from the date the item is delievered to fall in love with our products. 1. All sales are final. We can review the purchase and determine if the item is eligible for a exchange if there was an error on our part and a incorrect item was received, at that time we will review and determine if we are able to issue a refund at that time. That will be determined by our review team. If honored the refund will be issed back to the original method of payment. We do no retain payment details. Our payment system will simplly issue the refund back to you. Or you can choose to get a gift card. 2. Any items that have been used, opened, or or look to be tampered with are not eligible for a return or refund. A photo request will be requested to do research so that we can find a solution. If approved we will offer a exchange of equal value to a replacement of the same item. All candle purchases are final and are not eligible for a refund nor a exchange. 3. At our discretion we may offer a one-time complimentary item at the value of the returning item should there have been an error on our part. 4. If you suspect there was a defect, photos will be required for replacement. We are not responisble for any allegic reactions. We will provide the description of each item. 5.If your package is lost or damaged in transit please contact us and submit a request and we will be happy to take care of you. OneLove Be Beautiful, reserves the right to refuse any return or exchanges. If we deem there is a pattern of abuse of our policies we will discontinue the services.
